I realize that ultimately this comes down to me but I feel that Numark/VDJ should also take some responsibility. I live in Korea and bought it from an online shop called GMARKET, I have made some enquiries and found out that the seller they used is based in the US and called Hangill Trade, I called them and they said that they bought it from \'Amazon\' - and that is where the trail stops. I still have the original CD, obviously I still have the mixer. I presumed that once I had installed everything I wouldn\'t need it, and seeing that it was only printed on a thin, paper CD sleeve, didn\'t consider it to be very important. I followed the link to this website but to upgrade, you need to enter in the serial code again - I don\'t have this anymore.
